Ms. Zhou's Chinese Classes Help Us Celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival

Students from across Rutgers Prep came together this week to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival by making Oreo mooncakes.

Ms. Zhou’s Honors Chinese 5 students worked with Mrs. Young’s sixth graders, while her Chinese 1 students visited Mrs. Corbin’s first graders. They taught the younger students the story behind the festival and showed them how to make one of the holiday’s traditional treats using just cookies and milk.
